My revelation this summer is that I can print my etchings on fabric. I don't know why I didn't think of this before since print paper is made of cotton fibers. I had a piece of unbleached organic cotton fabric that worked as beautifully for an image as a piece of tiepolo paper from Italy. Then I tried printing on some scraps of vintage linen towels that had a golden yellow border and that was a way to add another color. I haven't done anything yet with the scraps, but I combined one print on paper with a print on fabric and did some cutting and stitching.
